When you order a termite inspection we look for any damage or clues that indicate you may have termites. Depending on the size of your property, a termite inspection normally takes 45 minutes to an hour to complete.

Before the inspector arrives, you should make sure that the access to the attic and subarea is free of any storage.

During the Inspection

At arrival, the inspector will be inspecting the attic, interior, exterior, subarea, and garage. Someone must be present to provide access to all these areas. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector will discuss all findings and recommendations with you.
