Just had our home tenting completed in Pico Rivera. Needless to say that this can be a stressful few days especially if you need to board several pets. The fumigation crew from Team Champion was great. Young guys but very friendly and professional. I arrived home just after they had removed the tent and they were inside the home doing the final wrap up. All of our drawers had to be originally opened for the fumigation. When I went inside I found they had closed everything back up. I was impressed that they took little steps like this rather than just rushing off to the next job.
The original inspection by Jimmy was very thorough and professional. There was a no pressure sales pitch as he layed out the options. He was the reason I chose Team Champion, but the fumigation crew is why I will be happy to recommend Team Champion to friends & neighbors.
Jesse came to my home this AM and did an amazing inspection. Best ever. He was here for an hour and forty-five minutes and treated the issues we had. He was prompt and polite and explained everything he needed to do. As these guys purchased the business that my former inspector had, I was crazy about him as well, I had a little trepidation about a new company. Team Champion exceeded all of my expectations ! Excellent service! I would highly recommend Champion for all pest control and inspection needs. We needed termite inspection for our three separate units in order to complete escrow. Jimmy responded immediately, explained all costs and the general process. The report was completed the same day and the transaction was smooth sailing.
Team Champion was quick and efficient. Had my inspection report done within 24 hours and came out to fix all the issues within 72 hours from the inspection!

Excellent communication and service. I had questions regarding treatment and Adrian called right away explaining the procedure. Annette at the office is a very courteous and efficient person.
We had an issue with termites in our building, we couldn't figure out where they were coming from. We actually had another company (Pest Solutions) come out and try and do the orange oil treatment, but it didn't work and they didn't follow up with us at all. So we decided that we would terminate our policy with them and go with another company. Luckily, I found Team Champion! They were so amazing-they were on time and followed up with everything. Adrian was so helpful, and answered all of our questions. It took some time for us to come to the conclusion that we needed to tent, because our building is adjoined to another building, so we had to get release forms from the other company. Team Champion was so helpful in getting everyone the proper forms and made the process so smooth. I would completely recommend them for any issues regarding termite extermination!!

Recently hired team champion exterminators for my house, was very happy they where able to come out right away and take care of what I needed and also made it reasonable in price to take care of my problem and continue to maintain it at a reasonable price will definitely be using them always and recommend them to friends and family
I would definitely recommend this company. We have had them out several times to our property to take care of single area problems. Ok everyone I'm back for the second part of my review on Team Champion Exterminators.
On my last review Jimmy Loera gave me great advice and a great price, I had a lot of termite damage on my front porch and I asked Jimmy if he knew of any good contractors that could fix the porch for me not knowing that they also did repairs, he said they can fix it if I wanted someone to come out and take a look at it to give me a price on the work. Jesus from Team Champion Exterminators came out the next day on time to take a look at my porch and was very patient listening to what I wanted to to do and made some really good suggestions pros and cons on how to do the job all the time making me feel comfortable about how the work would be done and everyone knows working with contractors is scary you never know what your going to get.
Well Jesus and Greg came out on the agreed day and time and I need to say this was the best decision I ever made letting Team Champion Exterminators do there thing.
Jesus and Greg jumped right into the job they were fast clean and very friendly made us feel like we were not just a customer but friends they did an excellent job really clean work couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job, Jesus came out to check on the porch after it rained to make sure I didn't have any leaks or concerns, later in the week the other crew came out to tent the house and once again they were very helpful on what I needed to get bagged and explaining the process again and the whole experience was great this is a great company if you need to get your house Fumigated you need to call Team Champion Exterminators.

I first met these people when I was looking for a termite extermination but what I really needed was a new roof and some cosmetic repair AND to gas the termites. So 3 jobs. First came the repair and then came the roof - a big roof. Vacating our house is a real pain so we haven't yet done the termites. Team Champion has been great. In fact, they have plenty of reviews that say exactly that. What hasn't been said is that they're great at a great price. Our initial roof bids were in the 18K range and Team Champion bid the job at 10K. My initial thought was "no way, and I was right. The complete job ended up around 12K and we couldn't be happier. And don't worry... if the termite tenting goes badly, I'll write about that also.

I had an inspection today by Miguel. He did a fantastic and thorough job inspecting my property. He was very nice and knowledgable. When I had called the office to make an apportionment, the receptionist was very sweet too. I look forward to my report and quotes!

Team Champion did a great job. They showed up on a Saturday for a real estate transaction inspection. The inspector was great and caught a lot of damage and took photos which were produced as part of the termite report. Their prices are reasonable. The other party also did their own inspection but Team Champion caught twice as much damage than the other guy. The receptionist was very nice and sent me a copy of the report ASAP.
David worked extremely hard with my client and myself to make sure the outcome of the work needed was complete and within her cost range. Extremely reliable, quick to respond and very thorough. Would recommend to all and wouldn't use anyone else. THANK YOU DAVID AND TEAM CHAMPION!!!

All the staff here are courteous, professional and respond quite quickly to inquiries. I wanted to have a termite inspection and they responded right away with a free inspection appointment. The inspection was thorough, and fortunately they didn't find any termites. Shortly afterwards, they sent us a report of the inspection. Very satisfied.

David is my main point of contact. First came across their company on Yelp in May 2017, searching for local and reliable termite inspectors for my clients in Monterey Park. David's excellent communiction stood out from my very first inquiry through Yelp. We communicated over the phone, email and text and was able to quickly schedule the termite inspection. The inspection was detailed and thorough. The inspector, Jimmy, explained the findings in detail and repair work needed. The office staff, Frances and Annette, coordinated the repairs and were very professinal and knowlegeable. The work was scheduled after close of escrow and was completed in a timely manner.
I've sinced recommended Team Champion to two clients (sellers) for termite inspection/repairs with both great results in their services. I recently found out that they also do home inspection, in which my client (buyer) utilized for his home purchase. The home inspector, Diego, was very knowleadgeable and gave helpful tips on preventative maintenance. All of the people at Team Champion were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Jeren did a thorough job with the initial inspection and was very good about answering all of our questions. The fumigation crew worked quickly and were very careful on our fragile tile roof, and David did an excellent job resolving our issues with the loose roof vent and replacing a couple of tiles. Greg's team did a great job with the termite damage repairs, and Annette was very efficient in communicating and coordinating all of the necessary activities. Overall, it was the best experience we've ever had with a termite fumigation, and would gladly recommend them to any of our friends. Thanks to the Team for doing a great job!
This company is very experienced and professional. Jaren who does the inspections/treatments and Frances in the office were particularly helpful. Champion used an experienced fume company which was also very competent. I had a very good experience and plan to recommend them to my neighbors.
